We’ve rebuilt Streak’s exporter to give you greater access to raw data, making it possible to create customized reports and dashboards in Google Sheets.

These updates allow you to export more types of data, apply precise filters, and automate exports to keep reports up to date—without the extra manual work.

The Streak command palette offers a faster, more precise way to navigate your CRM directly from Gmail.

Using the command palette

Open the command palette with keyboard shortcuts from anywhere in Gmail.

Use the up ↑ and down ↓ arrows on your keyboard to scroll through search results in the command palette.

The new column settings panel helps you organize columns in your pipelines and saved views more easily.

Simple drag and drop functionality allows you to reorder columns in your pipeline, move columns in bulk, and edit columns all in one place.

There's new hub for all things Streak in Gmail's left navigation menu!

Now all of your Streak tools - from pipelines to email tracking - are located in the Streak menu in the left nav of your Gmail inbox.

This change will roll out over the next several days. Keep an eye out for the new Streak menu in your inbox 👀

Once this change is rolled out, open the Streak menu in the Gmail left nav to:

Data validation warnings now include more helpful context.

This enables your team to correct errors and retry an action without contacting a pipeline admin for more information.

Warnings will now specify a box name and why the error occurred. This is especially helpful when updating multiple boxes at the same time.

Data validation is included in Streak's Enterprise CRM plan.

What is data validation?

Data validation allows you to create rules in your pipelines that make sure key information is being entered during each step of your process. This prevents gaps in your data and enables you to create accurate reports for each pipeline.

Large teams using Streak may have noticed they’re spending less time waiting for boxes to load.

We recently rolled out some significant performance enhancements, resulting in much faster loading times for boxes that contain lots of content like files, emails, meeting notes, and more.

Shorter wait times are great, but if you’re anything like us, you want to see the proof. Below, we’ve included a chart measuring box timeline loading times in milliseconds.

Previously, many box timelines appeared to have a uniform load time of around 180,000 milliseconds. This was due to a time limit we set: after roughly three minutes, we would stop trying to load your box contents.

After implementing changes on 6/21/2024, we’re pleased to share that the average loading time is now below half a second—an almost imperceptible wait.

We’re committed to making Streak even faster and more efficient, so you can focus on what matters most—your work. Stay tuned for more updates, and as always, we appreciate your continued trust in Streak.

The newest Streak integration and automation feature is here: action buttons in your pipelines.

Action buttons allow you to create and add custom buttons in your pipelines. When you press the button, you’ll trigger a predetermined integration or automation in that pipeline.

For example, make a button that you can press to automatically create a set of tasks in a box.

Once you create a custom button that triggers actions in your pipeline, you can find it in:

• The box view for each deal or opportunity
• Custom pipeline columns
• In the toolbar at the top of your pipeline
• The Streak sidebar when viewing emails that have been added to a box

You can now use text formatting to organize your call logs and meeting notes. This allows you to add headers, take notes with bold and italic text, and jot down bulleted and numbered lists.

Use standard text formatting shortcuts to add formatting to your call logs and meeting notes.

For example:

• command + b for bold text
• command + i for italicized text
• dash + space in a new line to create a bulleted list
• {number} + . + space in a new line to create a numbered list
• # text = H1 heading
• ## text = H2 heading
• ### text - h3 heading

When adding a contact to a box using a native automation, you can now turn on automatic email sharing for that contact in the action step of your automation.

To create a native automation with automatic email sharing:

1. Create an automation with a trigger step in your pipeline. Learn more here.
2. Click the "Add step" button in the bottom-right corner to add an action step.
3. Select the Streak option and choose "Add contact to box"
4. At the bottom of the Add contact to box automation fields, click "Show more…"
5. Select "enable auto email sharing"
6. Double click the default "false" option and select "true" to turn on automatic email sharing for the new contact when this automation runs.

The new delay option allows you to schedule follow-up messages for weekly cadences and longer timelines in your mail merges.

You can now invite team members and manage pipeline and email sharing permissions right from your pipeline view.

The new Share menu allows you to:

• Quickly add people who need access to your pipelines.
• See who has access to each pipeline, review and update permissions with a simplified UI.
• Navigate to your teams page.
• Automatically share all of your emails with a contact when your teammate adds them to this pipeline.

Our new caller ID feature for iOS displays the first and last name of your Streak contacts when they call, helping you to identify who is calling and providing context if they're not in your iPhone contacts.

To set up caller ID:

1. Download the Streak iOS app and sign in using the Gmail address associated with your Streak account.
2. At the top of the Today tab, tap the “Caller ID available” prompt.
3. When caller ID data indexing is complete, you’ll start to receive Streak contact information when you receive a call

We’re introducing an archived users feature that allows you to preserve team members’ data even after they leave your Streak team.

Archiving users allows you to cancel a former teammates' Streak and Google Workspace accounts while still preserving their emails and email attachments in your team’s Streak account.

Archived Users is included in our Pro+ and Enterprise plans for teams who are looking to optimize their workflow with native integrations and automation along with advanced reporting.

For each paid member of a Streak Pro+ or Enterprise plan, your team will be able to archive two users and preserve their data.

You can now automate some of the most repetitive tasks in Streak without using a third party automation tool.

Now, you can add the companies they work with as organizations to better manage relationships, deals, and opportunities in your CRM using your iPhone or iPad.

Organizations allow you to track each contact that you have within a single company. They help you map out relationships and stay on top of your team’s communication history with automatic timelines of emails and events in organization pages.

Saved views you to filter, sort, and group your pipelines to see which opportunities need your attention the most.

It’s now easier to add contacts and organizations to an existing mail merge.

Just look for the email icon next to a contact or organization, select "Add to Mail Merge," and choose which mail merge you’d like to add them to.

You can find contact cards:

• in the Streak sidebar next to an email conversation that's been added to a pipeline
• in your pipeline view
• in the box view
• in the contact sidebar

Once you create your mail merge, add new recipients to the email sequence each time you need to reach out to new leads, get feedback, ask for reviews, or in any other scenario that requires outreach.

Link tracking in Gmail gives you valuable insights by showing you when a recipient clicks on links in your emails.

Tracking links in your emails will show you:

• Number of times your recipient clicked on links in an email
• Which links were clicked during each email view
• When they clicked links in your emails
• What type of device they were on when they clicked a link
• Where they were located, if available, when they clicked a link

Link tracking is included in Streak solo, pro, and enterprise plans.

🗂️ Box field orderFor consistency, box fields are not arranged according to the order they’re set in the Streak desktop version.

Is your mail merge list getting out of hand? You can now archive mail merges that you're not going to use again.

Just open the mail merge from the list on the left-hand side of Gmail and click the "archive" button in the top right.

We recently updated our data infrastructure to significantly improve Streak’s performance. This means Streak is able to process updates and edits to your data faster and without delays known as contention.

We launched our most-requested feature (ever!) three weeks ago: mail merge with automatic follow-up.

Although we did extensive beta testing, we always hear great feedback when we release a new product out into the world. We worked quickly to fix bugs and implement new features based on the feedback we received.

Mail merge new features & updates:

➕  Duplicate a mail merge. You can now duplicate your mail merges. This is a great way to set up an A/B test or create a similar mail merge with a few edits.

✏️  Edit active mail merges. To edit the message in an active mail merge, open it in the “Active” mail merges list and click the pencil icon in the upper-right corner.

👩‍💼  Include internal recipients. You now have the option to include recipients from your own company in your mail merges. Previously, Streak would automatically exclude any recipients with the same domain (i.e. @streak.com) as you.

👁  Remember email tracking preferences. Your mail merges and follow-up messages will use the email tracking setting that was applied when you created the mail merge.

Mail merge fixes:

🏢  Use contact’s address as a variable. Streak wasn’t pulling the location data from your contacts, even if their location was filled out. This has been fixed so you can use the "contact addresses" variable.

↩️  Mail merge reply detection improvement. A small number of our customers noticed that Streak was delayed in detecting a recipient’s reply to their messages in a mail merge. We’ve since fixed this issue so your reply data is up-to-date.

✨  Show magic sparkles for magic columns in recipient dropdown. We forgot to add our favorite sparkles next to the “Email Addresses” option in the recipients tab. Though a small oversight, this helps you understand that these email addresses are coming from a magic column in your pipeline.

📂  Sections in left-nav menu stay open or collapsed after refresh. Streak will now remember whether you had Gmail menu sections (like Mail, Pipelines, and Mail Merge) open or closed so they’ll stay in the same opened or closed state after hitting refresh.

We’ve been working hard to launch our newest feature: mail merge with automatic email follow up.

We’re getting close to the big launch and wanted to share some inspiration for your very own email sequences. Today on our blog we discuss the art of the sales breakup email, which is a final email in a sequence of outreach to a sales prospect.

The breakup email is a strategic move in sales prospecting that can help you move on to better prospects, or it could be the spark you need to rekindle the relationship.

We've identified an issue that's delaying new incoming emails from being automatically added to the appropriate boxes using our "autoboxing" or automatic email sharing feature. We're working on a fix and will update you when we have an estimate of when this will be caught up. New incoming emails WILL be added automatically to boxes once this is resolved - just a delay for now. We apologize for the inconvenience!

We’re excited to announce that we’re building an automatic email follow up feature!

This feature will let you schedule a series of emails in advance. Each email is sent to your contacts individually, just like a mail merge, but you’ll be able to automatically send additional emails until you get a reply or the sequence is complete.

Our dev team spent a few weeks fixing pesky bugs and making sure Streak is running smoothly. Here's a recap of what they fixed last month:

🤷 Google Contact search results not appearing in the box view

When adding or searching for a contact in Streak, we'll show you results from your Google Contacts and existing Streak contacts. However, Google Contact results weren't showing up if you searched in the box view (below). This has been fixed.

👻 No Name contacts

In some cases, contacts appeared as "No Name". No longer!

📨 Adding an organization from the pipeline turns off automatic email sharing

Adding an organization to a box from the pipeline view turned off automatic email sharing for any existing contacts in the box. This has been fixed.

✨ "Date of Last Email" magic column not updating

A little while back, the "Date of Last Email" magic column wasn't updating with the correct date. In the end of December, we fixed the issue for boxed emails moving forward. We now also made a fix that updated the column data for previously sent or received emails, effectively backfilling your "Date of Last Email" columns with the correct data.

📝 Mail Merge variables not working if entered before email draft is saved

Adding a variable to your mail merge before Gmail saved the email draft would cause an error with the variable - invariably. This only affected the speediest of mail mergers, and has been fixed.

👁️ Email tracking icon misaligned in inbox view

Email tracking icons were overlapping with the date of the email in the inbox and "All Tracked Emails" folders, causing an unpleasant visual experience. Order has been restored.

🔗 Email tracking "learn more" links takes you to nonexistent page

Clicking on the "Learn how tracking works" link was navigating to a nonexistent page. Not only have we fixed the link, but we've also launched a new video lesson on email tracking for anybody interested in learning more!

💬 Mentioning a team member in a comment doesn't show their name

Mentioning a team member in a box comment typically shows their name in the comment (ex: @Tiana) but occasionally only showed the "@" symbol. Sorry, Tiana! This has been fixed.

🗃️ Notification emails not showing related box details in the Streak sidebar

When you get a notification from Streak about activity in your boxes, you should be able to see the box information in the Streak sidebar and in an inbox label. This information was missing and has returned.

📧 Some Recent Activity email buttons not working for some emails

Some emails in the "Recent Activity" section of the Streak sidebar weren't opening when clicked - making for very anticlimactic results. This has been fixed, so you're now able to open recent emails in the box same from the sidebar.

✅ Task digest emails not sending

Task digest emails are a daily recap of where you stand with all your tasks (think overdue tasks, upcoming tasks, etc.). These weren't sending for the past few months, but have resumed.

Email tracking shows if and when an email was opened. It also indicates if somebody opened the email more than once and might be an interested prospect.

• enable and disable email tracking
• create filters based on data in email tracking columns so you can send a follow up or update your leads

Mail merge allows you to send personalized, tracked mass emails with just a few clicks.

Use variables from your contacts and pipelines to address your recipients by name, reference their company, or add customization to the message. There’s no Streak branding, so it looks like you sent an individual email to each recipient. Don’t worry, your secret is safe with us 😉.

Not using contacts or pipelines yet? No problem — just upload a .CSV file with your data, draft your email, and hit “send”.

We started off the year with a few improvements and fixes. Here's what changed:

📖 Clarify API documentation for updating box fields

After noticing some confusion from our customers, we updated our API documentation to better explain how to update box fields using Streak's API

⏳ Long mail merge sending times

In some cases, mail merges were requiring several hours to complete sending your emails. This has been fixed.

❌ Delete all fields on an existing contact

For a minute there, you could delete all fields - like name and email - of a contact. This would leave you with a sad, empty, shell of a contact called "No name", so we put up some guard rails to make sure you have some way to identify who they are. (You can still just delete them if you're over it.)

💬 Replying to comments from inbox

So your teammate asks you a burning question in a box comment and uses the @ symbol to mention your name. You get a notification and reply directly from the email… but nothing shows up in the box. SAD! We fixed this so you can reply to comments from the notification email and not accidentally leave your team hanging.

Snippets are email templates that you can use to fill in a subject line and email body.

They save you from needing to type out repetitive or common emails and responses, and you can share them across our team to make sure you have consistent messaging with customers and leads.

• Use snippets in emails, for common responses, and to quickly insert links and other resources into emails
• Share snippets with your team for consistent and accurate messaging
• Increase efficiency and use best practices with snippets

Do you get tired of manually adding emails and reminding your team to share theirs? We sure do, but Streak solves this problem with automatic email sharing.

The first step to enabling this feature is adding contacts and organizations to our boxes. Once they’re added, you can build a complete timeline of their interactions with your entire team - automatically.‍

We finished out the year (and began the new one) with bug fixes and user experience improvements. Here's a recap of what changed:

✅ Creating tasks in box view

When typing in the task pop-up in the box view, the cursor sometimes jumped to the beginning of the text. This small but surprisingly maddening bug has been fixed. Task masters rejoice!

👤 Creating contacts getting stuck in sidebar

Creating a contact could result in a never-ending "creating" state in the sidebar. This has been fixed.

🔑 Override data validation when creating new boxes

Although admins have the option to override data validation (available on pro and enterprise plans) rules, they weren't able to do so when creating new boxes. We've fixed this, meaning you can create boxes with blank fields that are otherwise required.

🔒 Data validation for formula columns

Streak wasn't properly assessing formula columns in some cases of data validation, which might cause a rule to be incorrectly triggered–even when you did everything right! This has been fixed and we apologize for any unwarranted scolding.

📄 Boxed files slow to download and open

Files in boxes were downloading and opening at dial up internet speeds, which nobody has time for these days. This has been fixed, so you won't have to take a mental trip to the 90s every time you open an attachment.

🔗 Copy box and pipeline links with one click

We did away with a redundant click to copy links to boxes, pipelines, and saved views. Small efficiencies add up, and you can now copy a link to your work in Streak with one click.

👁️ Email tracking magic columns

In some cases, Streak wasn't properly updating email tracking magic column data. We've fixed this so you can use the newest type of magic column to follow up with engaged prospects and use this data for saved views and more.

Well, we sure couldn’t have predicted the twists and turns that defined the year 2020, but one thing has remained a constant: our gratitude to you and all of our customers!

Say hello to our new email tracking magic columns 👋  You can now filter, sort, and group your pipelines based on when your emails were last read or how many times they were opened.

Two new pipeline columns automatically fill in and update your email tracking data:

Everybody loves a good declutter. We dusted off our label maker and tackled the left-hand menu in Gmail, which was getting a bit busy for our taste.

With this update, Gsuite users can now find Streak pipelines in their own section, at the same level as Mail, Chat, and Meet. Collapse sections to focus in on your work without sifting through sent mail, drafts, and Gmail filters to find a pipeline.

This shiny new place for Pipelines has got us thinking about what else we can keep there 🤔. Stay tuned!

Even a well-oiled machine requires routine maintenance, and Streak is no exception. We’ve been working to make Streak faster and more intuitive — here’s a recap of our recent fixes and improvements:

🚧 Performance improvement when clicking in and out of pipelines

We know you’re in and out of your pipelines all day. Clicking in and out of a pipeline view was causing Streak to become sluggish over time, but we’ve launched a performance improvement so Streak can keep up with you all day long.

🙋‍♀️ Find yourself at top of list for box assignees

When assigning somebody to a box in the sidebar, you’ll now find yourself at the top of the list if you have permission to be added to the box.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Assigning a box or task to somebody who isn’t on your team

If you assign a box or task to somebody who isn’t on your Streak team, we’ll prompt you to add them to your team. Previously the field would just revert to a blank space.

📧 Hovering over a boxed email thread with attached images caused the inbox row to resize

We fixed a UI issue that caused the email thread row to resize when you hovered over it if it had images attached.

🔗 Clicking on linked boxes, comments, or contacts in the sidebar

Clicking on linked boxes, comments, or contacts in the sidebar brought you to the box view, but not the relevant place in the box. Since we assume you clicked on one of those items for a reason, the box view will now automatically scroll to that section so you can quickly find the information you need.

🧑‍💻 Creating a contact with linked organizations

When you create or import a contact in Streak, we should be creating a linked organization automatically. For example, creating the contact jane[at]acme.com would automatically create an organization for acme.com. This wasn’t happening for a while, but has been fixed.

The Streak team has been working to keep things running smoothly and looking fresh. Here's a write up of recent fixes:

🔄 Some box timelines were failing to load

Although not a widespread occurrence, some box timelines weren't loading; something we take seriously no matter how often it's happening! We resolved this issue to make sure you can find your emails, tasks, call logs, and more when you open a box.

📨 Date of Last Email Received magic column not updating

The "Date of Last Email Received" magic column wasn't updating when you received incoming emails, possibly indicating that you were being ghosted (at least as far as magic columns are concerned). Good news - you weren't! We've fixed this issue.

🔔 Notification emails not boxed

Notification emails for mentions in comments, tasks, and other activity weren't added to boxes. They're now being added, so you'll be able to find relevant details and make updates in the sidebar when you get notifications.

👥 Duplicates in contact suggestions

Streak was suggesting contacts that were already added to boxes, sometimes causing duplicates. This was largely due to capitalization (ex: JANE@ACME.COM vs. jane@acme.com) and while we urge you to use your indoor voices while adding contacts, we also fixed the issue.

🏢 Company field not updating for organizations

Streak helps you out by automatically linking contacts with their related organizations in your pipelines, which makes us happy because we're all about saving time where we can. However, the contact's "company" field wasn't updating after linking. This has been fixed.

📌 Opening email from box view doesn't auto-open sidebar

When you opened an email from the box view, the Streak sidebar (with all that good box info!) wasn't opening next to the email thread. We fixed this so you can see the email… AND the box details.

📄 Files not pulled into boxes

Files attached to some older emails weren't being pulled into boxes. The issue has been resolved and files are pulled in along with their emails.

🧹 Contact sidebar interface

The contact sidebar was misbehaving when scrolling down to find all the juicy details, resulting in overlapping icons at the top. This has been smoothed out.

Today’s launch lets you create boxes in bulk by selecting emails in your inbox and adding them to a pipeline.

Choose which emails are important and which pipeline they belong in, then watch Streak create a box for each one, add a contact and all of their emails with your team, and even fill in some data for you.

Our eng team has been busy fixing and polishing Streak - thank you to everybody who took the time to report a bug! Here’s an overview of recent fixes and UI polish – find a more detailed roundup in our blog.

📬 Mail merge – We fixed a few bugs that caused mail merges to fail or get stuck without completing the send. (Psst - customers on our Pro and Enterprise plans can now send more mail merges each day. Check out how many emails you can send with mail merge each day in our knowledge base)

➡️ Sidebar – The sidebar was occasionally getting stuck while loading or not opening automatically when viewing certain emails. It’s now back in action giving you the context you need and letting you update pipelines from your inbox.

📱 Mobile – Using Streak contact cards to begin a call and send it to your phone was not working. We’ve got you back to smiling and dialing.

💅 UI – We launched several smaller UI fixes to keep Streak looking good. Among these were battles with dancing buttons, missing shadows, and other visual vexations.

😁 Everything else – We tackled issues affecting formulas, reports, shortcuts, and more. Head over to our blog for details!

A quick roundup of (relatively) recent performance-related bug fixes:

• "Show Details" for email drafts 📝 - Clicking "show details" in email drafts that were composed from a contact card in your pipeline would show whatever last appeared in the sidebar, not the correct box information.
• Blank messages in Mail Merge 📤 - If you hit "send" on a mail merge before Gmail saved the draft (which happens a few seconds after the last edit is made), you might send a blank email or an outdated draft to your recipients. We've fixed this issue, and we applaud you for getting those mail merges out quickly!
• Blank screen after email compose 🖥️ - composing an email by clicking the envelope icon for a contact in your box view caused the Gmail window to go blank.
• Empty reports dashboard 📊 - the reports dashboard wasn't displaying reports for some users. Reports have been restored!
• Error while importing organizations 🏢 - The importer tool was returning an error if "https://" was included at the beginning of an organization's domain. We've resolved this issue so you can continue organizing your organizations.
• Adding multiple emails to Streak 💌 - Selecting multiple emails in your inbox and clicking the Streak icon opened the new Home sidebar, rather than allowing you to add the emails to boxes.
• Streak Upcoming loading 🔄 - If you don't have any current tasks in Streak Upcoming, the sidebar would appear blank or continuous loading. We've fixed it so you can once again see your gloriously empty to-do list.
• Searching for boxes in new pipelines 🔍 - boxes added to newly created pipelines were not appearing in search results, but we searched for and found a fix!
• Call logs and meeting notes 📞 - we fixed two issues. First, pasting a long word or link into a log or note would cause the log or note window to right-align to the end of the word or link. Second, opening an existing call log or meeting note and starting the timer would start the time from 0:00, rather than continuing from the previous time.
• Disappearing linked boxes 🔗 - we fixed an issue where moving a box to a new stage removed it's linked boxes.

Our Android app got a full refresh and more ways to engage with your pipelines.New in this version:

A quick roundup of recent  improvements, polish, and bug fixes.

• Add new rows -  Adding a new row to your pipelines is now made easier with "+" buttons next to each stage header.

• Change Stage in pipeline view - We gave the Stage column a little makeover and you can now use the dropdown menu to change the stage of a box.

• Shortcuts to add new fields to your pipeline - You can now add new fields (columns) to your pipelines from several locations, including the Streak sidebar and the box view.

• Custom pipeline templates - Custom pipeline templates are back by popular demand so you can build your pipeline from the ground up.

Bug Fixes 🐞

• Unified Replies - In the early days of Unified Reply, messages sent using the new feature were ending up in drafts. It's now working as intended - thanks for bearing with us while we ironed out the kinks.  
• Email filters - If you deleted a box with an email filter, that filter couldn't be used in other boxes. Stay tuned for some big updates to email filter behavior in coming weeks 👀
• Files in box timelines - We were having issues displaying Drive files that should have appeared in box timelines. This issue is now "filed" under "resolved" 📂.
• Viewing details from compose window - When composing email drafts that have been added to a box, clicking "show details" opened a blank sidebar. Not exactly what we had in mind 🤔.
• Quick Add duplicates - Adding suggested people and companies from the sidebar of the pipeline view appeared to create a duplicate box in your pipeline  👯.    
• Box label behavior while viewing email threads - In some scenarios, clicking on the label didn't open the box information in the sidebar. Now you'll see the relevant information when clicking on a box label at the top of an email thread.

• Preview pane compatibility - The Streak sidebar wasn't appearing consistently for customers with preview pane enabled.

Streak has identified the source of an issue with Streak loading in Gmail and we're working to restore service as quickly as possible. We'll have an update within 30 minutes - stay tuned at status.streak.com or on twitter.

Deeply sorry about this, we know it affects your work and take it very seriously.

Streak now shows you all of the email communication that your team has had with a particular person or company, plus their box details and contact information in one place.

Streak automatically updates this information so your team has one less thing to manage – just search for contacts and organizations in the Gmail search bar or open an existing contact or organization card to see their page.

You can now filter your Streak results in the Gmail search bar. Use the following prefixes to filter results: box:, pipeline:, view:, contact: and org:.

We also improved the appearance of your Streak search results – each result fits on one line to display more results with a cleaner look 🧹.

A quick roundup of performance-related bug fixes over the last month:

• Date formatting in exports – an issue was causing dates in pipeline exports to format incorrectly. Blame it on a stray comma 🙄.
• Slack integration – search commands and notifications in our Slack app were returning errors, which have now been fixed.
• Adding email drafts to boxes – fixed an issue that prevented a new email draft from being added to a pipeline in certain scenarios.
• Create task keyboard shortcut – one of our favorite keyboard shortcuts (create a task by typing 'w' then 't' in the box view) went on holiday 🏖️. It's back now.
• Tasks window – the tasks window got obscured when creating new tasks from the sidebar with an email draft open. Now we're back to multitasking (in Upcoming). ✔️
• Data validation scrolling – scrolling was broken when viewing long lists of data validation rules in a pipeline.

Streak now lets you reply to your teammate’s shared emails, even if you aren’t included on the email.

The default time for Google Calendar events will now be set as “9am - 10am” rather than “All-day”.

When setting tag and dropdown field values using Zapier, you now have the ability to create tags and dropdown options if they don’t exist in your pipeline yet.

Now, only the creator of a comment and admins of a pipeline can edit and delete comments.

Just launched a simplified toolbar in the pipeline view that is more focused and makes creating new boxes the primary action. More details here.

We've added 25 beautiful themes to color the stages of your pipelines. These coordinated color themes keep your pipelines looking great regardless of whether you add/remove stages or move them around - you can even override the color of a specific stage to your liking.

To use Pipeline Themes, goto your pipeline and click the gear icon by all of your stages.

You can now upload files straight from your iOS device to a Streak box. Perfect for adding photos taken from your phone to a box.

Streak Upcoming now shows you tasks that have no due dates. They are all listed at the top of your Streak Upcoming.
