Our mission: build a CRM your team will actually use
Building inside Gmail since 2011, and we're just getting started.
Streak started because two founders needed a CRM but was frustrated of constantly switching between their inbox and external systems. They built a spreadsheet inside Gmail instead. That turned out to be an idea a lot of people had been waiting for.
Fast-forward to today and we're still independent, still profitable, and still building. The core belief hasn't changed: the best CRM is one that fits how you already work, not one that asks you to change everything to use it. What's changed is how much more we can do with that belief now.

We've been profitable and self-sufficient after getting off the ground with our first seed round. That's not a brag—it's a point about how we operate. No board telling us to chase enterprise deals. No acquisition roadmap. No pressure to ship features that look good on a slide deck.
It means we can say no to the wrong things and yes to the right ones. It means when a customer emails and says "this one thing is broken," we fix it. And it means that when the way people work changes—really changes—we can build for it proactively instead of waiting for permission.

When you need help, a real person is here for you. We meet your team and train them on how to use Streak. We follow up. We give customers a call to ask how new features are working for them and hear their feedback. We ask how things are going six months later.
This is how we stay honest about what we’re building. The feedback that comes through these conversations has shaped almost everything meaningful we've shipped. We've been doing it this way since the beginning, and we don't plan to stop.
There are other CRM/Project Management/Inbox control programs but honestly none could work as hard as the Streak customer service teams.

After spending time in the British military, Steve has worked in a variety of real-world customer facing jobs before finally learning the term ‘Remote Working’ in 2017. Since then, he has worked in his sweatpants for various start-ups, scale-ups and, on one memorable occasion, a unicorn. He’s told us that he never wants to see a hockey stick growth chart ever again. When he’s not helping customers, he spends way too much time playing around with Notion and assures us that his desk set up is almost there. He likes to cook, watch movies, listen to music and bore people with an unhealthy amount of trivia about the latter two subjects.

He has a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne, France, and published “Mastering D3.js”, a book on data visualization for the Web. In his free time, he plays curling, runs marathons and designs intricate pop-up cards.

He studied at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he graduated with a degree he has yet to use - public relations. Instead, Jordan pursued sales where he's largely worked for socially-good tech companies. When he's not behind his laptop, he's most likely trying out a new recipe or restaurant, traveling abroad, flipping furniture, or doing something fitness.

Zach loves all things outdoors including rock climbing, mountain biking, backpacking and relaxing at the beach.

Lowell is originally from Kentucky but is now living in Denver, CO. After studying Mech. Engineering at Miami, OH, Lowell was bitten by the start-up bug. He worked at a couple of startups in the e-commerce and educational technology spaces and even started an e-commerce company of his own; a charcuterie subscription box called Platterful 🧀. Yum! Lowell enjoys rock-climbing, electronic music (the really repetitive kind), fruity IPAs and finding a way to kill all houseplants, even succulents.

Jon was born and raised in the great state of North Carolina, and is Streak’s first NC hire! After graduating from NC State University (Go Pack!), he has worked in sports and tech startups, and also began a few side hustles (Thank you, Airbnb). Although his loyalty to NC State sports has mainly resulted in constant disappointment, he remains a committed fan. He loves spending time with his family and friends, playing basketball / golf / tennis, CrossFit, pizza, and red wine.
