How to set up the integration
Integrate Streak with Allo in minutes.
- Generate a Streak API key in Streak Home → Integrations & Automation → Custom Integrations
- Open the Allo app and go to Settings → Integrations
- Find Streak and paste your API key
- Tap Save and Connect — contacts begin syncing immediately

How the Streak x Allo integration works
The Allo integration creates a two-way sync of your information between Streak and Allo.

Contact sync
Once connected, your Streak contacts sync to Allo. Contacts are matched by email and phone number. Sync is one-way: Streak to Allo.
Click-to-call from Gmail
Click the phone icon next to any contact in a box, the CRM sidebar, or your contact list. Choose "Call with Allo" and the call opens in the Allo app.
Automatic call logging
When the call ends, Allo creates a call log in the box timeline in Streak — no switching tabs, no manual notes.
SMS logging
Send text messages through Allo and the full conversation thread is logged to the box timeline in Streak. Each contact gets a dedicated conversation note that updates as messages are sent and received, so you have a complete record of every text exchange alongside your calls and emails.
