Sales Autopilot

We want to do for salespeople what autopilot did for pilots. We will suggest to sales professionals the actions they need to take next to close deals. They'll instead need to monitor our "autopilot" system and manually override only when needed. Unlike most AI startups, we can actually build this - we have 100M+ data points of sales professionals.

G-Suite integration

We're building systems to better understand how organizations communicate with one another. Email is currently siloed into individual user inboxes, we're building a graph database containing every email message in our users' inboxes to give them insights into how their company communicates with their customers.

A versatile CRM

We strive for deep integration with Gmail, because that's where our users live. Our integration has to be seamless, deep, performant, resilient and secure. It's such a hard problem, even our competitors use our tech (InboxSDK). We're doing it next for Inbox, Calendar, and more.

Android Lead

Product Designer

Own design at Streak. Your primary responsibility will be product design but you’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide range problems from brand design, website design, schwag design and even designing our office (if you want). You will take a systems approach to all things design and you will be the steward for Streaks design voice.

Recruiting Coordinator

In your first week, you will start:

  • Communicating with candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews quickly and accurately.
  • Learning how to present Streak’s culture to candidates in writing and when candidates come on site.
  • Setting candidates up for success in their interviews by informing them of everything they need to know to feel comfortable and confident.
  • Booking travel or accommodations for candidates who are traveling.

In your first month, you will start:

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Streak is looking for highly motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to accelerate our sales process by generating new opportunities for the AE team.  As an SDR, you will become a product expert in order to engage prospects and drive leads for our Account Executives.  We are looking for a positive, hard-working, and self-motivated individuals with solid time management and organizational skills who will thrive in this position. Our team is small, but growing fast, so you'll have more autonomy, responsibility, and impact while progressing your sales career more quickly!

Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound strategies to identify and target customers
  • Manage prospects from lead generation to qualified lead by articulating Streak’s unique value proposition.

Customer Success Manager

Junior Support Lead

The Junior Support Lead will own the relationship between our self-serve community and Streak. They’re responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, fixing basic account needs, and leaving our users with a warm feeling about Streak. The ideal candidate will figure out how to automate and make their workflow more efficient over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide email support to our free and paid users in a friendly, timely and effective manner
  • Improve our knowledge base and service level by documenting issues, bugs and improvements
  • Process - how can you make job more efficient (streamline and scale workflow and process)
  • Respond to and catalog product feedback

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company

Technical and Non-Technical Sourcer

Streak is a profitable, fast-growing company. We are looking for a talent sourcer who will help us find the right people to fuel our growth.
