🌐 AI Autofill with web research + custom instructions

AI Autofill pulls information from your email timeline or performs web research and writes values directly into your pipeline to keep records up to date.

Autofill can be run on a single field or in batches, depending on where you’re working:

  • Pipeline view: Customize instructions per column, then run Autofill in bulk by selecting boxes or multiple cells in a column.
  • Box view: Fill individual fields using the AI icon, or select multiple fields and autofill them all at once for a deal.
  • Thread view (Gmail): Autofill fields from the CRM sidebar while viewing an email.

AI autofill gives you control over your data with:

  • Data sources: Choose from timeline or web research for each column
  • Custom instructions: control how fields are filled with custom prompts
  • Reasoning: See why autofill entered certain data to check for accuracy or update your prompts
  • Respect for column formats: Autofill will enter data in the correct column formats like tags or dropdown menu selections
