🔧 June 2026 fixes & improvements

A roundup of recent fixes across Streak, many of them from people writing in. Thanks for the reports, and keep them coming.

⚙️ Automations & integrations

• You can now update a boxes Name field from an automation, including inbound webhooks
• Notes fields now work as an automation trigger, so you can run an automation when the notes field is updated.
• If your Google Form had little or no data in it, some automations weren't successfully triggering. This has been fixed for Google Forms integrations.
• Send to Streak button in LinkedIn no longer gets hidden behind the LinkedIn Sales Navigator sidebar
• The Zapier find a contact step no longer times out

📦 Boxes

• Some boxes were missing activity in the newsfeed - this has been restored.
• You could run into a "Share your version" button to share an email thread in a box timeline even when it didn't belong there. The timeline now shows the right sharing options in the right places.

📊 Columns

• Previously used values reappear in the box view dropdown
• You can now add new columns to your pipelines straight from the column manager

🔄 Importing & exporting

• Some scheduled exports weren't filling in the spreadsheet in Google Sheets.Scheduled exports work as expected in Google Sheets again.‍
• Imported boxes default to automatically pull in emails with contacts without toggling email sharing.

✉️ Email & outreach

• Streak Share copies the link to your clipboard with one click again
• Paused drip sequences resume as expected

✅ Tasks & contacts

• Improved the task assignee avatar IU so assigning people to tasks works reliably
• Restored the ability to make a quick "follow up" task from the Streak sidebar
• Phone search matches across formatting for contacts and orgs when manually searching a phone number, and also when used by dialer integrations like Allo
