The box view

The box view is where you track all of the email history, team activity, and data about a single deal or lead in Streak. In this video, you'll learn how to:

• Read the activity timeline to see threaded emails, files, and deal history
• Leave a comment and tag a teammate from the box
• Ask Streak AI a question and get an answer with references from the box's context
• Generate an AI box summary with current status and next steps
• Update custom columns and run AI autofill to fill them from emails and the web
• Email or call a contact directly from the box
• Track magic columns that Streak fills automatically, and add new columns
• Log a call, add a meeting note, and create a task with a due-date reminder
• Change the box stage, copy a shareable link, and adjust notifications
