We’re very happy to roll out an important upgrade for our permission roles! Ownership of a Pipeline has previously only been available for the original creator of that specific Pipeline. However, if that owner later leaves your organization, you may want to transfer ownership of their pipelines to a different user. Thanks to the new Admin permission role, now you can!

One of the key features of Streak is the ability to share information with other users. Your notes, comments, and emails are available for collaboration with everyone shared on your pipeline. Today we’re announcing a new feature to make sharing even better — Permission Roles.

Everyday we get various requests from people asking for various integrations with the different services they use. Whether it’s pushing data to Google Spreadsheets, or having information from a web form enter Streak directly.

We’ve now added the ability to notify a person when a box gets assigned to them. They’ll get an email and a chat notification (that’s new too!) and be following the box automatically — that means any subsequent changes to the box will send out a notification. This makes it all extremely easy to keep a team organized and coordinated.

Today we launched an updated version of Streak that brings us to full compatibility with Gmail’s new compose feature that is being rolled out. Gmail’s new compose is great and we’re really proud of our integration.

Since first launching Streak we’ve had tons of requests to be able to move a box from one pipeline to another. We’ve been testing it for a while and just launched it to all users.
