Prospecting usually starts on LinkedIn — but until now, adding those new connections into Streak meant copying details, switching tabs, and breaking your flow.

Our new LinkedIn integration changes that. With a single click, you can send LinkedIn profiles straight into Streak as contacts or leads, see whether your teammates are already working with them, and jump directly to the new records CRM when you’re ready to follow up.

“The LinkedIn integration is so game changing. I can't believe how easy it is – I didn't have to add anything or download another Chrome extension, it just worked automatically. I'm in LinkedIn all day every day… obsessed.

– Avi, Sr. Manager of Client Success, Foam.io

How Streak’s LinkedIn integration helps you prospect smarter

The LinkedIn integration is designed to make prospecting faster, clearer, and more collaborative. Instead of juggling tabs or guessing if someone is already in your CRM, you can create new records in Streak and immediately see the contact or lead details in LinkedIn.

Save LinkedIn profiles to Streak

The new Send to Streak button lets you add prospects from LinkedIn directly to your CRM. Add a contact in your contact list or create a lead (box) in any of your pipelines.

See when your team is already in touch

Prospecting gets messy when you don’t know if someone is already in your CRM.

With this integration, you’ll see if a LinkedIn profile is already tracked in your team’s contact lists or pipelines. That means you’ll know right away if a teammate has already reached out, if you’ve worked with them in the past, or if they’re part of an active deal.

No more duplicate outreach or stepping on each other’s toes.

Jump into the full picture when you need it

The LinkedIn integration gives you control over when and how you move from LinkedIn to Streak.

Add prospects early to keep your pipeline accurate, then keep messaging them on LinkedIn without breaking your flow. When the time is right — for example, when someone becomes more qualified or shows real interest — jump to Streak to start working the deal and tracking full email history, notes, and tasks.

It’s a flexible way to capture leads early and manage relationships deeply, all without losing momentum.

How to set up and use the LinkedIn CRM integration

Enabling the LinkedIn integration takes less than a minute—no new extensions to install.

  1. Turn it on in Streak
In Gmail, go to Settings → See all settings → Streak settings.
Scroll down to the External Integrations → LinkedIn “Send to Streak” section and click Enabled.
  2. Grant Permissions
Allow the necessary permissions for Streak to integrate with LinkedIn.
  3. Open a LinkedIn profile
Head to LinkedIn and view any person’s profile. You’ll see a Send to Streak button on the page.
  4. Add them to your CRM
Click Send to Streak and choose whether to create a Contact or create a Lead (box + contact). If you’re on multiple teams or have several pipelines, select the right one. If you don’t have a pipeline yet, Streak will automatically create a Sales pipeline for you.
  5. See Streak context on LinkedIn
After saving, you’ll see the contact or lead details right on their LinkedIn profile—including when they already exist in your team’s contact lists or pipelines. When you’re ready to go deeper, click the contact or lead to open it in Streak.
