7 Best mobile CRM apps for teams in 2025 (iOS & Android reviews)

There are hundreds of CRMs on the market, but only a handful have mobile apps worth using.

We reviewed the most popular options — digging into app store ratings, product knowledge bases, and our real user reviews — to see which ones actually perform on a phone and which fall short.

Here’s what teams need to know about mobile CRMs in 2025.

What is a mobile CRM?

A mobile CRM is a customer relationship management system you can use on your phone or tablet. It lets you access and update contacts, deals, tasks, and pipelines without being tied to a desktop.

Modern mobile CRMs also support features like push notifications, call logging, email tracking, and even offline access so you can keep working without a connection.

What do most people need from a mobile CRM?

Most teams don’t need the entire CRM squeezed into a mobile app. They need the essentials that keep work moving between meetings and while traveling:

  • Quick context — look up contacts, see recent activity, and check deal stages.
  • Fast updates — add notes, create tasks, and move deals forward.
  • Instant sync — know that changes on your phone update across the CRM immediately.
  • Timely alerts — push notifications for email opens, task reminders, and deal updates.
  • Offline support — while this feels less and less relevant given data and internet coverage in 2025, the ability to add or edit records in areas with poor connectivity.

These basics are what make a mobile CRM valuable: staying productive in the flow of work without waiting to get back to your laptop.

How we chose the best mobile CRMs

To write these reviews, we went straight to the source: real reviews, official product knowledge bases, App Store and Google Play listings, pricing pages, and trusted third-party sites like TechRadar.

From there, we evaluated each CRM against three criteria:

  1. Overall CRM quality — Does the platform itself deliver the features small businesses need?
  2. Mobile experience — What functionality is actually supported on mobile, and how well does it perform according to users?
  3. Fit for small teams — Are pricing and setup realistic for teams of 3–8 people without a dedicated admin?

This gave us a clear picture of which CRMs aren’t just strong platforms overall, but also reliable companions on mobile for everyday work.

7 best Mobile CRMs for 2025

Streak — best for email-based workflows and Gmail users

Streak CRM website homepage with text "The Gmail CRM for high-performing sales teams"

Streak was built out of the frustration of switching between Gmail — where prospecting, follow-up, and dealflow naturally happen — and other apps just to log progress or take notes.

It’s the only CRM fully integrated into Gmail, so teams that live in email can move leads and deals through their pipelines without breaking their workflow. TechRadar named Streak among the best CRM for small business in 2025 for exactly this reason.

On mobile, Streak extends that Gmail-native workflow so you can stay productive on the go.

What stood out in our hands-on + review read-through

an ipad in landscape mode showing streak's mobile app ith three panes for pipelines, stages and deals, and deal detail

Streak works two ways on your mobile device:

  • The Streak mobile app (iOS/Android): A standalone CRM where you can view and update pipelines, boxes, notes, tasks, and saved views. It mirrors much of the desktop extension, making it easy to scan what’s next, update records, and add context without leaving Streak. On iOS, the app also includes a built-in mail client, snippets, and a newsfeed.

  • The Streak Gmail Add-on: A lightweight layer inside the Gmail app itself. When you open an email, the Streak panel appears at the bottom so you can add or remove the email from a box, view related contact or organization details, update stages, use Snippets, and — when you need deeper edits — jump straight into the full Streak app.

Here’s how the mobile experience broke down in practice:

  • Setup & onboarding: Downloading and installing the iOS or Android app was straightforward, and I could start working with my pipelines right away.
  • Add data & update workflows: Creating and editing boxes, notes, and tasks works the same way as desktop. The iOS app for iPad makes great use of screen space to give you the feeling of a full CRM, not a minimized mobile version.

Using the add-on in the Gmail app, I could quickly add emails to deals in my pipelines, update stages, or use Snippets in responses.

  • Access history & search: Box timelines and contact details are visible on mobile, and saved views make it easy to filter and prioritize what to work on next.
  • Integrations: Because Streak is integrated into Google Workspace, I could create tasks that show up in Google Calendar, use snippets for email templates in the Gmail app, and even enable Google Voice for calling.
  • Offline: There’s no offline editing mode, so the app requires a data connection.
  • Notifications: Streak supports notifications for tracked email opens and box activity like new leads being assigned. You can also receive notifications when tasks are due in Streak.
  • Security: Authentication is handled through Google Workspace, so login and access follow the same security your organization enforces.
  • Speed & sync: A recent app rebuild focused on speed and stability, and in testing, edits synced instantly across mobile and desktop.

The main limitation is that mobile is positioned as a companion rather than a full replacement, and lack of offline editing.

What real users say

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “So convenient! Easy to use and integrated with my Google Workspace account so everything is in one place. You can't beat it!” — Thecelticsteve, App Store, Mar 2, 2022

⭐⭐⭐⭐ “The recent major rebuild of this app is incredible, providing so much more control over boxes than one used to have… the sleeker interface and better performance are also great.” — Subterreign, App Store, Feb 3, 2022

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “The task list is great and the pipeline overview is really clear and easy to use.”  — Ro, Google Play, Oct 30, 2020

Bottom line

If your workflow runs on Gmail, Streak’s mobile app and Gmail Add-on are a natural extension of the desktop CRM. You can triage in Gmail, jump into Streak for pipeline updates, and keep everything tied to the conversations already happening in your inbox.

The mobile apps don’t replace desktop for advanced work and it’s not the best option for teams who regularly need to work in areas without data connection. But for day-to-day sales activity and interactions on the go, Streak keeps your CRM exactly where you already work — in your email.

Pipedrive — best for visual pipeline management

Pipedrive website homepage with header text "Mobile CRM"

Pipedrive is a sales-focused CRM built around a simple, visual pipeline that helps small teams keep track of deals without heavy overhead. It’s often chosen for its ease of use and fast setup, and TechRadar notes that the mobile app “mirrors desktop functionality,” which helps teams stay productive outside the office.

What stood out in our hands-on + review read-through

Testing Pipedrive on mobile felt consistent with its desktop experience. I was able to move deals through the pipeline and manage tasks quickly, with most of the core CRM features available on the go:

  • Setup & onboarding: Getting started was straightforward. After signing into my Pipedrive account, I had full access to pipelines.
  • Add data & update workflows: The app let me add notes, schedule activities, upload photos, and even record audio notes. The built-in business card scanner made adding contacts easy.
  • Access history & search: Pipelines, calendars, and contacts are accessible with filtering to zero in on what matters most.
  • Integrations: I could log calls, sync email, and use caller ID on mobile, though in iOS only outgoing calls made in-app were logged — a small limitation worth noting.
  • Offline: I liked being able to move deals or add notes offline, with changes syncing automatically once reconnected.
  • Notifications: Push notifications worked reliably on both iOS and Android.
  • Speed & sync: Updates reflected instantly between mobile and desktop.

The main drawback is that advanced features like workflow automations, permissioning, and reporting remain desktop-only. For quick, everyday deal management, that may not matter, but teams that want to build or edit more complex processes will need to use the web app.

What real users say

⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Overall, it’s a great app, fairly user-friendly.” — Google Play, Jul 30, 2019

⭐⭐ “Not enough functionality. The push notification itself has more detail than the app.” — Google Play, Mar 20, 2023

Bottom line

Pipedrive’s mobile app succeeds at what it sets out to do: give sales teams a clear, visual way to manage pipelines and tasks on the go. Offline editing and built-in calling are strong touches, and the learning curve is minimal.

That said, the app is light on advanced functionality — automations, permissions, and reporting all require desktop — so its strength lies in straightforward deal tracking rather than full-scale CRM management from your phone.

HubSpot CRM — best for all-in-one growth

Hubspot website landing page for HubSpot Mobile App

HubSpot started as a marketing automation platform and has since expanded into a full customer platform covering sales, service, operations, and content. Its all-in-one approach makes it especially appealing if you’d rather not stitch together multiple apps, and its free CRM tier has long been a draw for startups and small businesses. TechRadar’s 2025 review highlights HubSpot’s ease of use and integration as major selling points.

The trade-off is cost and complexity. While the free plan offers plenty to start, you’ll need HubSpot’s Sales Hub to unlock deeper CRM functionality, and pricing rises quickly as you add users or advanced features.

What stood out in our hands-on + review read-through

The HubSpot mobile app felt polished and reliable for daily sales and service work. I was able to access deals, tasks, and contacts quickly, and syncing with the desktop was seamless.

  • Setup & onboarding: Installation was straightforward on both iOS and Android. Sign-in options were broad — Google, Microsoft, SSO, passkeys, or Apple ID.
  • Add data & update workflows: I could create and manage contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and custom objects. Tasks and follow-ups worked as expected, and I liked being able to scan a business card or QR code to add new records.
  • Access history & search: I could view timelines and dashboards, but reviews point out that historic activity is now limited to the last 30 days on free tiers — a real drawback if you rely on deeper history. Some users also noted difficulty with search and converting leads into opportunities.
  • Integrations: I connected my Gmail calendar to book meetings, sent one-to-one emails from the app, and placed calls using either my carrier or HubSpot Calling. WhatsApp Business can also be tied into the conversations inbox.
  • Offline: A key limitation — records can’t be created, edited, or even viewed without a data connection.
  • Notifications: Push notifications can be configured for tracked email opens, task reminders, form submissions, and @-mentions.
  • Security: HubSpot supports SSO, passkeys, biometrics, and even lets the app serve as a 2FA method.
  • Speed & sync: My updates synced instantly across web and mobile, but user reviews mention lag, crashes, and occasional freezes.

While the app is useful for on-the-go updates, reviews confirm that functionality is more limited than the desktop. Complex workflows, automation sequences, and certain defaults (like deal close dates) still require the web interface.

What real users say

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Ease of use and functionality are great. If growing and managing a pipeline is important, this tool is a gamechanger.” — Google Play, Jun 23, 2025

⭐ “If you're looking to use the free tier… viewing historic activity changed to only show the last 30 days. In terms of the actual app, not impressive.” — Google Play, Jul 30, 2025

⭐ “Cannot search anything inside, leads are not connected, cannot transform them into opps…” — Google Play, Jul 12, 2025

Bottom line

HubSpot’s mobile app brings much of the platform’s all-in-one appeal to your phone: contacts, tasks, deals, inbox, and even calling and social features. It’s a strong companion for small teams that already rely on HubSpot across marketing and sales.

The trade-offs are clear, though — no offline access, limited functionality on the free tier, and reviews citing issues with search, syncing, and support. For teams who value breadth and integration over depth on mobile, HubSpot is still a great option.

Zoho CRM — best for cost-conscious teams that need offline

Zoho CRM landing page with text "Mobile Apps"

Zoho CRM is one of the broadest CRMs in the SMB space, known for its value and the depth of its product suite. TechRadar calls it cost-effective with “strong mobile capabilities,” and that combination makes it attractive for small teams who want a lot of functionality without paying enterprise prices.

What stood out in our hands-on + review read-through

Zoho’s mobile apps pack in an impressive amount of functionality. I could access all the key modules — Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Deals, Tasks, and more — and even view dashboards and analytics right from my phone. Offline mode worked as promised: I added and modified records while disconnected, and everything synced cleanly once I reconnected.

  • Setup & onboarding: The install process on iOS and Android was straightforward, and the app immediately pulled in my data. I liked being able to enable Face ID/Touch ID or passkeys for quicker, more secure sign-ins.
  • Add data & update workflows: Adding and editing records was smooth, and telephony features let me log calls automatically. I noticed, though, that setting up workflow rules or customizing deeper admin options still required desktop.
  • Access history & search: Activity timelines and module data were easy to navigate. I didn’t run into lag when switching between modules.
  • Integrations: Built-in caller ID and telephony integrations worked well, and I could connect with providers like Zoho Voice or RingCentral. Business card scanning was supported too, though it required Zoho’s separate Card Scanner app — a small annoyance given that marketing pages present it as an in-app feature.
  • Offline: I could add, edit, and delete records offline; everything synced later.
  • Notifications: Push notifications are supported on both iOS and Android, and I appreciated being able to adjust notification categories on Android.
  • Speed & sync: Data synced automatically across devices, and offline edits updated quickly when I went back online.

The biggest limitation is complexity. The app tries to do a lot, and while that power is a plus, the interface can feel cluttered compared to more stripped-down CRMs. And with features like card scanning requiring a companion app, it’s not always as streamlined as it looks in marketing.

What real users say

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “The mobile app is very intuitive and easy to navigate. We compared this most to Microsoft Sales CRM and Zoho just is on another level.” — Apple App Store, Aug 27, 2024

⭐⭐⭐ “App still needs certain basic functionalities. Can't rearrange/customize module shortcuts in the bottom/side nav bar on phone/tablet. The interface presents too many fields for a mobile app. Need to be able to hide unnecessary/unused fields for cleaner appearance.” — Google Play, Aug 18, 2025

Bottom line

Zoho CRM’s mobile app is powerful for the price: you can work offline, manage core modules, and log calls or events without needing a laptop. For small teams, that flexibility and cost-effectiveness make it compelling.

But the trade-offs are real — you’ll need to live with a busier interface, rely on companion apps for certain features, and go back to desktop for deeper customization and workflow setup. It’s best for teams who want broad capability at a lower price and don’t mind a little extra complexity to get it.

Freshsales (Freshworks CRM) — best for small teams that want built-in calling

Freshworks landing page

Freshsales, from Freshworks, is a sales-focused CRM that bundles in calling, deal management, and AI features at a price point often recommended for small businesses. Tech.co calls it a strong fit for teams that need straightforward deal tracking without a heavy lift. The mobile app extends that sales focus to iOS and Android, making it easy to stay connected on the go.

What stood out in our hands-on + review read-through

The Freshsales mobile apps were quick to set up and carried over the essentials I expected:

  • Setup & onboarding: Downloading and signing in was seamless on both iOS and Android using the official guides.
  • Add data & update workflows: I could view and edit contacts and deals, schedule follow-ups, and add notes. The document scanner was a convenient way to capture paperwork from my phone.
  • Access history & search: Records loaded quickly, and timelines were clear enough for checking past activity.
  • Integrations: The standout feature was built-in calling — I could place calls directly from the app and have them logged.
  • Offline: Offline mode worked well; I could access data and make edits offline, and everything synced automatically when I reconnected.
  • Speed & sync: Edits synced instantly across web and mobile.

Where the app falls short is email. While Freshsales has strong email tools on desktop, mobile users report that accessing and replying to emails takes too many taps, and there’s no simple, consolidated inbox view. For a CRM that positions itself as sales-first, the clunky email experience is a notable gap.

What real users say

⭐⭐⭐ “This app is helpful for managing contacts and deals while I'm on the go.” — Google Play, Oct 31, 2023

⭐⭐ “you still don't have a simple place to check and reply to emails.” — Google Play, Feb 8, 2024

Bottom line

Freshsales’ mobile app does the basics well: it’s reliable for managing deals, logging calls, and updating records between meetings. Offline access and built-in telephony are strong advantages for a small sales team.

But weak email handling holds it back — without smoother access to email inside the app, you’ll likely find yourself toggling between Freshsales and your mail client. For teams who prioritize pipeline and calling features over email on the go, Freshsales is still a solid fit.

Zendesk Sell — best for mobile field sales teams

Zendesk landing page screenshot

Zendesk Sell is a sales CRM built with mobile in mind. It’s known for ease of use, real-time alerts, and geolocation features that help field sales reps see which leads or customers are nearby. TechRadar recently highlighted its strong mobile experience, making it a natural fit for teams who spend most of their time on the road.

What stood out in our hands-on + review read-through

Zendesk Sell’s mobile app felt polished and well-tailored to sales reps working away from a desk.

  • Setup & onboarding: Downloading the app and signing in was straightforward, with clear instructions in Zendesk’s support docs.
  • Add data & update workflows: I could update deals, log calls, and add appointments or tasks without friction. The app even lets you access quick reports on the go.
  • Access history & search: The geolocation feature was particularly useful — I could pull up a map of nearby contacts and prioritize visits.
  • Integrations: Calls placed through the app were logged automatically, and I could use prebuilt email templates with view notifications.
  • Offline: The app allowed me to work offline; any changes I made synced as soon as I reconnected.
  • Notifications: Real-time alerts are supported, but reviews show they sometimes lag or fail to push through consistently.
  • Speed & sync: Updates synced quickly between mobile and the web app in my testing, but several users report sync failures, particularly when adding leads that don’t appear for teammates.

Where Zendesk Sell struggles is reliability and support. Multiple reviewers call out glitching, features breaking over time, and long delays in getting help from support. For a CRM meant to power daily field sales work, those issues can undermine an otherwise strong design.

What real users say

⭐⭐ “Pay More, Get Less… performance has suffered greatly. Multiple issues have not seen any resolution from support.” — App Store, Feb 28, 2023

⭐ “The app has become unusable and support is non-existent… continuously poor support is forcing us to find another CRM.” — App Store, Mar 22, 2023

⭐⭐⭐ “Was great to start but has since become really buggy, features have stopped working and there is no way to get in touch with the developer.” — Google Play, Sep 23, 2024

Bottom line

Zendesk Sell’s mobile app is built for field sales reps, with geolocation, offline access, and seamless syncing (when it works) making it easy to manage leads and deals on the move.

But the pattern in user reviews is clear: glitches, sync problems, and poor support responses have frustrated long-time customers. If your team values geolocation and field sales tools, Zendesk Sell is worth a look, but test the app carefully and be prepared for potential support gaps.

NetHunt CRM — best for Google Workspace-first teams

NetHunt CRM landing page for mobile apps

NetHunt CRM is built to sit directly inside Gmail and the broader Google Workspace stack, tying email, calendar, contacts, and Drive together into your CRM. It’s a niche fit but a strong one: if your team already runs entirely on Google Workspace, NetHunt keeps your CRM work right alongside the tools you use every day.

What stood out in our hands-on + review read-through

The NetHunt mobile apps reflect the same Google-centric approach. I could log calls, add comments, @mention teammates, set reminders, and update records and tasks directly from my phone. Integration with Gmail, Calendar, and Drive is built in, so the basics of staying in sync with Google tools work smoothly.

One red flag was the lack of user reviews for the mobile apps. Of the 5 reviews we could find online, they didn’t paint a great picture of the mobile apps on Android or iOS.

  • Setup & onboarding: Signing in with a NetHunt account was simple, and the Google Workspace tie-in made onboarding straightforward.
  • Add data & update workflows: Managing records and tasks from mobile felt consistent with NetHunt’s “CRM in Gmail” positioning.
  • Access history & search: I could jump into records and add notes, though there’s no indication that the mobile app offers full parity with the desktop.
  • Integrations: The deep Google Workspace connection is the big selling point — having Gmail and Drive connected within the CRM made everyday tasks easier.
  • Offline: No offline support is documented.
  • Notifications: Mobile listings don’t confirm push notification types.
  • Speed & sync: Sync is implied, but no official documentation on performance was found.

The drawback is credibility and stability. NetHunt’s mobile apps have very few reviews compared to other CRMs, and the ones that exist mention crashes, missing features, or frustration with simple tasks like editing dates. That lack of real-world usage signals and ongoing crash reports make the apps feel less battle-tested than competitors.

What real users say

⭐ “App Crashing (on opening Settings).” — App Store, Jan 13, 2025

⭐⭐⭐ “V5 is certainly better… but I’m rather frustrated by the inability to change the date on tasks.” — App Store, 3y ago

⭐⭐⭐ “It’s getting there…” — App Store, Jun 8, 2022

Bottom line

NetHunt CRM makes sense if your team lives inside Google Workspace and wants CRM features right in Gmail. On mobile, it delivers core record and task management plus the same Google integrations that make NetHunt appealing on desktop.

But the limited review base, repeated crash reports, and signs of incomplete functionality suggest the app isn’t as mature or reliable as bigger players. If your team values deep Gmail integration above all else, NetHunt could work, but for heavy mobile use, you may find the experience rough around the edges.
