With a simple sidebar integration, adding or updating information can be done without leaving the inbox, allowing for seamless multitasking.

We started using this as a way to ensure our emails were getting to our clients since we had run into some spam tags as we have a large list of clients that we send emails to frequently. Their support team has also been extremely helpful and I've had significantly more success communicating with clients since starting.

Streak has been a great CRM for our company. What I like most about it is the ease of use and access when I am in the field. We have grown our business using Streak. We were an early adopter some 8 or so years ago when it showed promise as a great Gmail add-on. I have experimented with a few CRMs over the years but nothing comes close to Streak for it's functionality and FULL integration into Gmail. I see what other people use and the biggest drawback for many other CRMs is the clunky integration. The fact that you can send and receive emails in Gmail that are then automatically detected and filed in Streak Boxes is the best thing since sliced bread. Once you've used it, there's no going back. I feel sorry for people who have to use other CRMs ;-)

While it's too early for me to provide a comprehensive review of Streak's new AI features, I'm incredibly excited about their potential. The prospect of AI-powered box insights, which promise to provide summaries of deal interactions and automatically fill in fields, is particularly intriguing.

Masterful integration with Google's core productivity products (Gmail, G-Cal, G-Contacts, G-Meet, etc.). I wanted a CRM that increased efficiencies AND reduced redundancies, eliminated multiple software subscriptions, and existed WITHIN gmail. Streak achieves all of this (and—believe me—so much more) with flying colours.

Streak is the go to option if you're looking for a CRM inside Gmail. The convenience of not having to switch tabs or bcc your CRM is a life/time saver. Inbox labels, a sidebar for context and a bunch of email power features add great value: Open/link tracking, shared snipppets, team email sharing, mail merge, drip sequences... I've been using Streak CRM for Gmail for a few months now, and it has completely transformed how I manage my workflow and communication. Integrating directly into Gmail is a game-changer – I can keep everything organized without switching between apps.

Streak is slick. I love that I can use it right out of my inbox, and they have amazing support/resources. We use this with a small team (6 members) for managing contacts & donors for a political campaign and it has saved us on multiple occasions. Being able to share emails between team members is amazing, and Streak really facilitates and easy and transparent flow of information. Definitely recommend.

You need Streak for sales CRM if you’re using google suite!! Seamless interface right inside your gmail with the CRM tools. When a customer emails you, you automatically see everything about that account from your email. Your teammates can see all interactions as well. It's totally customizable and very easy to create your own tools specific to what you want to know and track about customers and the sales process / cycle.
