Support Specialists own the relationship between our community and Streak. They’re responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, fixing basic account needs, and delighting our users through every step of their journey.

Our ideal candidate will have empathy and patience with customers and is well acquainted with technology. They have experience solving technical problems for themselves and others, and demonstrate a philosophy of continuous improvement.


  • Provide live chat support in a friendly, timely, and effective manner
  • Keep our knowledge base and service up-to-date and running strong by documenting issues, bugs, and improvements
  • Continuously improve the support workflow and process so that it can scale as the company grows
  • Collect and synthesize product feedback

Things that excite us:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role or a background in technical support
  • Excellent written communication
  • Strong analytical understanding of G Suite and Gmail
  • Interest in learning and explaining the minutiae of a product and systems that power it
  • A desire to grow and take on more responsibilities over time
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work early morning or evening hours
