Streak is a profitable, fast-growing company. We are looking for a talent sourcer who will help us find the right people to fuel our growth. We believe our product is phenomenal, and we use it every single day to manage everything from sales, to customer support, to engineering, to hiring. You will be more than a sourcer - you will also be a Streak user who significantly impacts the future of our product.

We are a product-focused organization, so we continually invest in improving our tools, processes, and technology. But we know our people are truly our greatest asset. As a sourcer at Streak, you will spend your days scouring your networks, our networks, and the web for talent, while also focusing on making the top of the funnel as diverse as possible.

We will rely on you to work with People Operations and team leads to build a fantastic candidate experience from outreach to initial phone call. You will develop and execute on strategies for expanding the top of our hiring funnel. You will own attracting candidates to making Streak their first choice place to work.

Your day to day will include:

  • Searching for and building connections with prospective and existing candidates, letting them know how awesome it is to work at Streak.
  • Determining whether a person has the right experience for our open positions and is an outstanding cultural addition to our team.
  • Delivering an amazing candidate experience in sourcing and screening stages.
  • Helping more people learn about us, by working with outside organizations, like Women Who Code, Code 2040, AISES, MAES, and others to help people in diverse communities envision a life here.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure our offers are compelling and fit candidate needs.

We are excited about you if:

  • You love finding and matching awesome people to job opportunities.
  • You have at least one year of experience with technical (and non-technical) sourcing at a startup.
  • You are passionate about connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • You help your teams become more effective and enjoy working together to achieve your metrics and objectives.
  • You live in the SF Bay Area or are in the process of relocating.

It would be phenomenal if:

  • You enjoy writing blogs, attending conferences and meetups, and sharing your insights and experiences in new ways.
  • You already have connections with organizations seeking to increase diversity in tech.

Operations hiring process

We personally look over every applicant and respond to everyone no matter what.


Phone call

hear back within 24 hours

60 minute call to ensure your sales skills and experience match what we're looking for. This is also your opportunity to ask questions of the role to ensure it's what you're looking for. We don't want to waste your time on an onsite if it doesn't look like a fit.


Small take home

hear back within 24 hours

We understand that interviews aren't always the best way to showcase your skills. We give you a small take home project to work on and then chat about it during your onsite.


Onsite interview

hear back within 3 days

3-4 hours onsite with team members including account executives, SDRs, customer success managers, and our CEO. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions about the company and the team. Your day will end with a debrief with your hiring manager where you'll get some initial feedback and have the opportunity to ask any final questions.


Receive offer & get to know the team

30 minutes with the head of sales to chat about the offer, benefits, and any questions you have. Afterwards, get dinner or drinks with the team so you can better visualize working at Streak.
