Streak is a profitable, fast-growing company that is seeking senior account executives who will evangelize and introduce our intuitive platform to businesses across the world.  

Our senior account executives are empathetic, solutions-oriented business partners who shape the messaging of Streak’s vision to new and potential customers. As a Senior Account Executive at Streak, you will work with our largest, most strategic customers. As such, we use Streak every day to manage everything, including sales, support, customer success, recruiting, and engineering. So you will be more than a Senior Account Executive, you will also be a Streak user who significantly impacts the future of our product, company, and team.

Your day to day will include:

  • Owning the full sales cycle including qualification, demo, close, and strategic expansion.
  • Building a strong sales pipeline in collaboration with the outbound SDR team.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success team to ensure new customers onboard successfully and are thrilled with their decision to adopt Streak.
  • Evaluating and developing successful sales strategies for enterprise organizations.
  • Approaching new and existing clients with Streak’s value proposition while being able to describe both its technical and value-driven benefits.
  • Conveying prospective and existing customer feedback to the product and engineering teams.
  • Exceeding your sales quota!

We are excited about you if:

  • You’ve held sales quotas of $1M and above in annual recurring revenue.
  • You have negotiated legal SaaS agreements with large enterprise organizations.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and experience with face-to-face client presentations.
  • You know when bringing in company experts will help seal the deal and coordinate accordingly.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to sell value even when technical obstacles arise.
  • You’ve exceeded sales quotas for the last 3 quarters you’ve been a closing account executive.
  • You love working in a team environment and can collaborate across multiple departments.
  • You are passionate about selling solutions for business productivity.
  • You express humility and seek input from others when needed.

It would be phenomenal if:

  • You enjoy mentoring and blogging to share your wins, failures and insights.
  • You have familiarity with technical concepts related to web development such as API’s and infrastructure.
  • You’ve worked closely with other business units that touch sales, such as marketing and customer success.

30 minute call to ensure your sales skills and experience match what we're looking for. This is also your opportunity to ask questions of the role to ensure it's what you're looking for. We don't want to waste your time on an onsite if it doesn't look like a fit.


Small take home

We understand that interviews aren't always the best way to showcase your skills. We give you a small take home project to work on and then chat about it during your onsite.


Onsite interview

hear back within 3 days

3-4 hours onsite with team members including account executives, SDRs, customer success managers, and our CEO. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions about the company and the team. Your day will end with a debrief with your hiring manager where you'll get some initial feedback and have the opportunity to ask any final questions.


Receive offer & get to know the team

30 minutes with the head of sales to chat about the offer, benefits, and any questions you have. Afterwards, get dinner or drinks with the team so you can better visualize working at Streak.
