Streak is a profitable, fast-growing company that is seeking a Sales Operations Manager (SOM). In this role, you will work closely with the sales team on a broad range of sales and revenue-related activities. You will also be a strategic partner to the Head of Sales and Business Development and a critical resource in enabling and optimizing various areas of our business as we aim to hit aggressive revenue goals.

As such, we use Streak every day to manage everything, including sales, support, customer success, recruiting, and engineering. So you will be more than a SOM, you will also be a Streak user who significantly impacts the future of our product, company, and team.

Your day to day will include:

  • Developing and maintaining sales analytics reports and dashboards from scratch to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales team.
  • Performing market analyses as we optimize sales territories and segmentation strategy.
  • Building weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on various sales metrics.
  • Enabling the sales team by finding and optimizing tools.
  • Building and maintaining the customer invoice and order form process for larger deals.
  • Maintaining and optimizing our lead assignment engine.
  • Creating and maintaining usage dashboards so we can analyze the health and growth potential of customers.
  • Tracking and calculating commissions on a quarterly basis.

‍We are excited about you if:

  • You’ve previously worked in a sales or business operations role
  • You have strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with a process-driven mindset.
  • You are a quick learner with the ability to solve problems independently or with little guidance.
  • You are a power Google Sheets/Excel user.
  • You have prior knowledge working with tools such as Periscope Data, Looker, Google Data Studio, etc.
  • You have strong SQL skills and are familiar with Javascript / Python.
  • You have experience partnering with sales leaders in B2B SaaS companies.
  • You express humility and seek input from others when needed.
  • You live in or are willing to move to the Bay Area.

We understand that interviews aren't always the best way to showcase your skills. We give you a small take home project to work on and then chat about it during your onsite.

Onsite interview

3-4 hours onsite with team members including account executives, SDRs, customer success managers, and our CEO. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions about the company and the team. Your day will end with a debrief with your hiring manager where you'll get some initial feedback and have the opportunity to ask any final questions.

Receive offer & get to know the team

30 minutes with the head of sales to chat about the offer, benefits, and any questions you have. Afterwards, get dinner or drinks with the team so you can better visualize working at Streak.
