The Customer Support Champion will own the relationship between our community and Streak. They’re responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, fixing basic account needs, and leaving our users with a warm feeling about Streak. The ideal candidate will discover how to automate and make their workflow more efficient over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide live chat support to our free and paid users in a friendly, timely and effective manner
  • Improve our knowledge base and service level by documenting issues, bugs and improvements
  • Create process to make your job more efficient (streamline and scale workflow and process)
  • Collect and synthesize product feedback

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Excellent written communication, patience, and empathy
  • Strong G Suite (Sheets, Docs) knowledge and analytical skills
  • Interest in learning and explaining the minutiae of our product and also internal systems
  • Desire to grow and take on more responsibility over time
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work early morning or evening hours
