The Junior Support Lead will own the relationship between our self-serve community and Streak. They’re responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, fixing basic account needs, and leaving our users with a warm feeling about Streak. The ideal candidate will figure out how to automate and make their workflow more efficient over time.


  • Provide email support to our free and paid users in a friendly, timely and effective manner
  • Improve our knowledge base and service level by documenting issues, bugs and improvements
  • Process - how can you make job more efficient (streamline and scale workflow and process)
  • Respond to and catalog product feedback


  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company
  • Customer service background
  • Flexible schedule to cover morning or early evening hours
  • Excellent written communication, patience and empathy
  • Strong Excel knowledge and analytical skills
  • Looking to grow and take on more responsibility over time
