Customer Success Manager

Streak is a profitable, fast-growing company that is seeking customer success managers to act as trusted advisors to our growing user base and advocate for our wide array of users as they integrate Streak into their businesses. You will help ensure that their accounts are optimized, and that they are scaling effortlessly and realizing the full value of our product through impactful engagements, all focused on driving business and technical value.

Your day to day will include:

  • Building, implementing, and optimizing strategies to drive adoption, ensure retention, and delight users.
  • Developing relationships with our users and advocating for their specific business needs.
  • Acting as a consultant for users on Streak, providing product support and guidance on new features.
  • Working cross functionally with Support, Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to capture user feedback.
  • Identifying at-risk customers and formulating a plan to mitigate churn and contractions.

We are excited about you if:

  • You have previous experience in Customer Success (or another relevant SAAS role) or Management Consulting.
  • You're highly empathetic and ready to actively listen to the needs of users and understand the best ways to work with different internal teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • You're proficient in Google Suite, especially Gmail and Google Sheets.
  • You have demonstrated comfort with data analysis (SQL knowledge a bonus).
  • You optimize for team performance and happiness.
  • You live in the San Francisco Bay Area.
