The Customer Success Manager (Implementation) will work with our newest low paid customers during onboarding. They’re responsible for understanding our customer’s business processes, provide best practices to translate their workflow into Streak and enable teams to be self sufficient through training. The ideal candidate will identify pain points in their current workflow and provide sustainable solutions.


  • Own onboarding for new small- and medium-sized customers.
  • Build and execute a plan for assisting lower value paid users we’re not currently helping, and ensure they’re receiving business and technical value from Streak.
  • Meet and track key milestones for a successful user onboarding to Streak, including the handoff from Sales, pipeline setup, data importing, ensuring feature adoption and team training sessions.
  • Be an expert in Streak CRM, so you can guide new users and answer their questions.
  • Be the point person for new customers during their onboarding process. Collaborate with sales and other customer success teammates to pull in resources and support as needed.
  • Conduct training for users. Develop training manual and processes as needed to ensure users can grasp key ideas.
  • Create content, including webinars, videos, training, onboarding, documents, email templates, and other resources that make it easier for clients to self serve.
  • Capture user feedback and advocating for the user with Support, Engineering, Sales, and Product Management.


  • Prior experience in customer service
  • Strong GSuite (Sheets, Docs) knowledge and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Desire to grow and take on more responsibility overtime
  • Passion to help customers succeed
  • Excited about solving complicated technical problems
  • Loves working with a team
  • Curious and asks clarifying questions both internally and externally
