Streak is a profitable, fast-growing company that is seeking account managers who will evangelize and implement our intuitive platform at  businesses across the world.  

Our account managers are empathetic, solutions-oriented business partners who tailor the use of Streak to the business needs of our customers. As an Account Manager at Streak, you will work with our large strategic customers who adopt Streak as part of their organization’s digital transformation. As such, we use Streak every day to manage everything, including sales, support, customer success, recruiting, and engineering. So you will be more than an Account Manager, you will also be a Streak user who significantly impacts the future of our product, company, and team.

Your day to day will include:

  • Working closely with a senior account executive to onboard, implement, and expand Streak usage at enterprise organizations
  • Selling Streak’s value proposition to decision makers and end users
  • Leading change management at organizations looking to utilize Streak as part of its digital transformation strategy
  • Educating customers on workflow solutions with Streak as the focal point
  • Conveying prospective and existing customer feedback to the product and engineering teams
  • Tracking weekly active users across your account management pipeline

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and experience with face-to-face client presentations
  • You are confident in conveying value to customers that may have never seen our software before
  • You know how to work collaboratively with an account executive to help identify expansion opportunities
  • You have demonstrated the ability to sell value even when technical obstacles arise
  • You love working in a team environment and can collaborate across multiple departments
  • You are passionate about selling solutions for business productivity
  • You express humility and seek input from others when needed

It would be phenomenal if:

  • You enjoy mentoring and blogging to share your wins, failures and insights
  • You have familiarity with technical concepts related to web development such as API’s and infrastructure
  • You’ve worked closely with other business units that touch sales, such as marketing and customer success

30 minute call to ensure your sales skills and experience match what we're looking for. This is also your opportunity to ask questions of the role to ensure it's what you're looking for. We don't want to waste your time on an onsite if it doesn't look like a fit.

Small take home

We understand that interviews aren't always the best way to showcase your skills. We give you a small take home project to work on and then chat about it during your onsite.

Onsite interview

hear back within 3 days

3-4 hours onsite with team members including account executives, SDRs, customer success managers, and our CEO. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions about the company and the team. Your day will end with a debrief with your hiring manager where you'll get some initial feedback and have the opportunity to ask any final questions.

Receive offer & get to know the team

30 minutes with the head of sales to chat about the offer, benefits, and any questions you have. Afterwards, get dinner or drinks with the team so you can better visualize working at Streak.
